I would have liked a little better editing job, but it’s still a good read. For example, when I said Moses didn’t have kugel or brisket, my follow up statement was something to the effect of, “Jewish food has always been a negotiation between Jews and whatever place they found themselves in.” Anyways, it’s kinda mostly me, enjoy.
