Pretzel Bread | Kalofagas – Greek Food & BeyondKalofagas – Greek Food & Beyond I love Peter Minakis’ Greek food blog. I think there are so many links between the rustic food of Greece with its ancient roots and the foods of Africa and her Diaspora. This is a recipe for my personal favorite I just couldn’t do justice to, so I’m sending you to Pete’s blog to make pretzel bread which I love with a spread with chives, scallions and cream cheese. Much thanks to Peter for celebrating and cooking up the Greek heritage..and beyond like this pretzel bread and for showing such passion for traditional food. YPEROCHOS!
