I think there are so many links between the rustic food of Greece with its ancient roots and the foods of Africa and her Diaspora. This is a recipe for my personal favorite I just couldn’t do justice to, so I’m sending you to Pete’s blog to make pretzel bread which I love with a spread with chives, scallions and cream cheese.
