There will be a few big posts this week (including a few recipes) and in the meanwhile we are working very hard to get The Cooking Gene up. A lot of people are asking questions about the project, so in the midst of all my other craziness I have decided to do a fact sheet which I hopefully will post mid-week or before.
We’re headed to the Old South….
This week I will also FINALLY post pieces on Denzel Mitchell a charistmatic urban farmer from Baltimore and one of my new favorite places, Woodberry Kitchen. In addition we’ll get some words up about the George Washington Carver Seed Bank Project, my new buddy Nicole Moore and her wonderful blog, William Woys Weaver and Sandor Katz.
