  1. I read the article and I think your areas of interest are fascinating. Food and it’s importance for culture cohesion and bonding is something that is often overlooked. It is important to consider the racial aspect of food, and the identity we attach and develop around not just the food we eat, but the environments and social settings that we consume it in.
